How does Matterport work?
Matterport Spaces are created using our Pro2 4K 3D Camera. The Pro2 4K 3D Camera scans an area to collect accurate visual and spatial data. Scanning is quick and fully automated for consistent results every time.
Can I view the space?
Of course! We send you links for direct viewing or embedding the scan in an iFrame on your own website! You can easily post these links to Facebook, LinkedIn, and other popular Social Media outlets.
How long does scanning my property take?
Approximately 30 minutes of scanning is required for every 1,000 square feet. Additional patio scans or staircases may add a few more minutes.
What is the turn-around time for me to be able to view my home’s scan?
You can view scans instantly after they are processed by Matterport (usually within 24 hours)! If we are going to add Mattertags or other additional features to your 3D showcase, there will be more time required to edit the model. We will work with you to ensure your timeframes are met.
How much does this cost?
Scans start at just $99 and are based on square footage scanned. There may be additional charges for extended covered patio shots or interior stills if needed. You can get cost information by visiting our Pricing Page.
How long will my scans be available to view?
Scanned Spaces hosts your scan for 6 months. If you need the scan hosted for a longer period of time you can extend the hosting for $49/yr after our initial 6 months free hosting.
